DELIVERY TERMS
CUSTOMER SERVICE OPENING TIMES: Monday – Saturday: 9.30 am – 5.00 pm

DELIVERY PERIOD: 2-6 weeks approximately, less stock items

Place on order online using our secure online ordering service.
FREE DELIVERY is offered on all orders in excess of £400.00. In the case of other purchases a charge of £25.00 will be registered.
Prompt delivery is a priority but please allow, generally, 2-6 weeks.
Delivery is made on weekdays. Saturday delivery may be possible in certain areas. Please contact our Customer Services for further advice.
*Please remember to measure all:-Door frames, Hall way, Stair cases and...the desired location for your furniture.

Once your furniture is ready for delivery:-

We will contact you to arrange a delivery day.
*The driver will require a telephone number to confirm arrangements – one hour prior to delivery being made.
*A signature will be required before any furniture is left. If nobody is at the property, arrangements will be made for delivery on an alternative day and an additional charge of £50.00 will be incurred.
*After delivery, the customer should advise Customer Services within 7 days if not completely satisfied with their purchase.
