If I have a fault with my furniture, what can I do?
You must email us at Sales@solidwood4less.co.uk or telephone Customer Services with full detail and your order number.  *Please read full details in Terms and Conditions.

May I request a wood sample?
Yes, we have colour samples for most of our ranges. Just contact Customer Services.

Can you change the wood stain or dimensions of the furniture?
Solid Wood 4 Less is unable to make any change to the furniture.  We are happy to talk to you about different styles and colours and see if we stock anything similar.  We strongly recommend that you should not change the finish to any furniture purchased from us and we are not liable for any damage caused as the result of any such process.

How do I cancel or return my items?
Read Terms and Conditions and/or telephone Customer Services.

Is it safe to shop online with Solid Wood 4 Less?
Yes, it is completely safe to shop via our website and none of your details will be passed on to a third party.  For more information contact Customer Services.

How do I care for my furniture?

What are your delivery services and charges?
We offer FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £400 and there is a £25.00 charge in respect of orders under that amount.

When and how will furniture be delivered?
Our Customer Services will contact you as soon as your furniture is ready for delivery.  You will be offered the next available date for your post code area and, if that is not suitable, the one following that will be offered to you.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?
The driver can call you one hour before he arrives at your address.  All deliveries must be signed for.  The driver will leave a card for you to telephone Customer Services and there may be a charge for re-deliveries.

How do I return an item ordered online?
As long as the item is unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition you may return the item with the proviso that Solid Wood 4 Less is advised within 7 days of the item being delivered to you. A service charge may be registered. Please contact Customer Services for more information.

When do I receive my refund once I have returned my item?

Please allow at least two weeks to process the refund once your goods have been returned.  The refund will be credited the payment credit card account only.
